I’m Noel McCarthy and I started the About Abruzzo blog in November 2008.
It’s a personal view, attempting to highlight a region that means so much to me.
I first saw Abruzzo in August 2007 and loved it. The fantastic scenery, the wonderful food and the very friendly and helpful people made the visit a memorable one.
Since I also love getting out exploring with my camera most of my posts have photos that help you see what Abruzzo is really like.
