I can’t believe it’s almost a month since I last posted. There certainly have been a number of distractions, Christmas and New Year being the obvious ones, but I didn’t realise I’d left it so long. So to not delay any more I thought I’d share a selection of photographs that I took while in [...] I’ve been “off the air” for a little while as I was concentrating on exploring rather than writing. In the last few weeks I’ve been busy doing the following: exploring parts of the Majella I hadn’t seen before Abruzzo We’re still in August and with the temperatures touching 30 degrees, a trip to the beach is never too far from the minds of the Abruzzese. If they are lucky enough to live close by, they can walk or cycle, but judging by the availability of parking spaces, most people drive. [...] |
