I’ve been “off the air” for a little while as I was concentrating on exploring rather than writing. In the last few weeks I’ve been busy doing the following: exploring parts of the Majella I hadn’t seen before Abruzzo We’re still in August and with the temperatures touching 30 degrees, a trip to the beach is never too far from the minds of the Abruzzese. If they are lucky enough to live close by, they can walk or cycle, but judging by the availability of parking spaces, most people drive.
